Bread Making for Beginners

This beginners course is a great way to get started with real, handmade bread making. It’s perfect for novices or more frequent home bakers who are looking to develop confident skills and learn about how simple bread making can be. Using easily accessible equipment and ingredients, students will make everything individually by hand. No bread making machines here!

The session will introduce students to the simple tools and ingredients needed for good bread making, as well as hands on bread making techniques. Each student will work on two varieties of tin loaf, sweet and delicious cinnamon rolls and a soda bread dough to make a speedy freshly baked loaf for when you’re really short on time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Introduction to Breadmaking Course. It removed the mysteries of breadmaking which is so often promoted by others and taught us that it can be a really very simple procedure. The day was perfectly paced and very friendly and relaxed. We will definitely be booking for some more courses as it was such fun. Many thanks.

- Sue

We both thought the day was fantastic and very informative. It was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. Haven't stopped making bread since! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Delightful Tea Bake School :) Many thanks.
