Bread baking November. The whole day was well organised and all the instructions easy to follow. The venue is beautifully designed and there was a very friendly atmosphere all the time. We all succeeded in making two delicious loaves

I am the founder of the Bake School, so as you might imagine, I am passionate about baking! I have been lucky enough to share this passion with hundreds of aspiring bakers since we launched in 2013, teaching bread making, patisserie and a wide range of other baking skills.
Aside from baking, which I naturally do a lot of, I am also a food lover and enjoy travel. Usually whilst on holiday, you'll find me learning to make the local bakes and delicacies!
Growing up in Ireland cooking has always been an inherent feature in my family. My mother came from a farming background and really instilled in me the importance of home baking and cooking by passing down traditions.
I attended the 12 Week Certificate Course at Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2015, which is one of the world’s most respected organic cookery schools.
Food is an occasion for me, it brings everyone together, and I’m always at my happiest cooking and eating with friends and family.
I really enjoy interning for Sarah at the Bake School and have picked up many skills and tips from her along the way. It’s always lovely seeing people create their bakes, the look of pride and enjoyment on their faces as they leave armed with their beautiful creations.
I am excited for what the future holds for the Bake school and look forward to being part of it.
