This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to spend a fun and relaxing few hours mixing, baking, piping and getting to grips with simple sugarcraft techniques.
Students will work individually (or only if attending with someone in their bubble, in pairs / threes) to make their own batch of vanilla cupcake batter before getting to grips with some effective yet simple sugarcraft by hand using a range of tools.
You’ll also decorate your freshly baked cakes using two different buttercream piping styles with buttercream prepared during the class by your tutor, then finish them off with your handmade sugarpaste decorations. There is also the chance to use a range of edible glitters and sprinkles to make your cupcakes look as pretty as a picture!
Each student will take away their six delicious and pretty cupcakes in a display box.
Children aged 9 or over are welcome to attend with an adult also taking part in the class.

Who does this class suit:
Beginners. This is a hands-on class which is not suitable for under 9s. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult also attending the course

Half Day - 10am - 1pm approximately. There is no lunch break during this course

What’s Included:
Tuition; all equipment and ingredients; apron to use during the lesson; recipe sheets; lots of helpful hints, tips and baking advice; complimentary refreshments. Students take home everything they have made on the day. Lunch is not included - we highly recommend students bring a packed lunch
