This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to spend a fun and relaxing few hours mixing, baking, piping and getting to grips with simple sugarcraft techniques.
Students will work in pairs to produce a delicious vanilla cupcake batter before getting to grips with some effective yet simple sugarcraft by hand using a range of tools. Each student will work individually on their sugarcraft and decoration.
Buttercream will be prepared during the class by the tutor and students will colour and flavour it before piping in two styles, then finishing them off with your handmade sugarpaste decorations. There will also be edible glitter and sprinkles to make your cupcakes look as pretty as a picture!
Each student will take away their six delicious and pretty cupcakes in a display box.
Children aged 12 or over are welcome to attend with an 18+ adult also taking part in the class.

Who does this class suit:
Beginners. This is a hands-on class which is not suitable for under 12s. If you wish to bring a younger guest, please contact to discuss before booking. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult also attending the course

Half Day - 10am - 1pm approximately. There is no lunch break during this course
