Our baking studio is open for scheduled classes and events only. We are a small team and our off-site office hours are weekdays – Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 11am – 4pm – though we do strive to respond to enquiries, process bookings and despatch gift voucher orders outside these times.
Please note that we cannot answer calls during classes, so make sure you leave us a message including your email address and we will get back to you. We highly recommend that you send us your enquiry by email, as this is the easiest way for us to respond and give you all the information or assistance you need.
We aim to respond to telephone messages and emails as fast as possible. Messages received outside our office hours, on weekends, public holidays or during scheduled closure dates displayed on our calendar will be replied to as quickly as we can when we reopen.
Due to the nature of our classes and to prevent disruption to students attending classes, we politely request that you contact us to make an appointment should you wish to visit and have a look at our excellent facilities.
