Making your own edible Christmas goodies and gifts is a lovely way to get into the spirit of the season! This class is a fun and relaxed day where students will make, bake and decorate a range of delicious festive treats. What better way to show your friends and family how much you care than by making and baking their gifts with love?
Each student will leave with the following:
Students will make their biscuits and cookies from scratch, decorate their gingerbread with royal icing and sugarpaste and will cover their Christmas cake with marzipan and sugarpaste before finishing with simple sugar decorations.
All gift bags, ribbons and boxes are provided. Each student will receive a pack of the recipes to take home.
To add some extra celebratory cheer you will be invited to enjoy tasting some home baked goodies during the day as well as a complimentary glass of fizz** (or non-alcoholic option if required or for all under 18s) in the afternoon!
*Please note that the Christmas cake will be baked in advance for your by our team so it can mature for you to work with on the day.

Who does this class suit:
eginners +. This is a hands-on class which is less suited to 13s. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult booked on the same course
Length:
10am - 4.30pm approximately, including some short breaks, so we highly recommend students bring along a packed lunch. Please note that finish times depend on the size and speed of the group overall, so occasionally may finish a little earlier or later than advertised

Tuition; all equipment and ingredients; apron to use during the lesson; recipe sheets; lots of helpful hints, tips and baking advice; complimentary refreshments. Students take home everything they have made on the day. Lunch is not included - we highly recommend students bring a packed lunch as breaks will be according to the progress of the group
