Christmas Bread Making – Limited Edition Festive Classes

Come along and spend a day making a selection of festive breads, recipes that will be the perfect addition to your Christmas celebrations! It’s a small group session of just six guests so you will have plenty of tutor time too.

Students will individually make four kinds of yeasted bread from scratch and the class will cover a range of techniques.

Two savoury and two sweet recipes will be covered. All the breads made can be wrapped and frozen so you can get ahead with your Christmas baking!

Each student will leave with the following:

  • a cheese and herb star bread
  • savoury Christmas Chelsea buns
  • a Kugelhoph (yeasted German Bundt that’s an alternative to Christmas cake)
  • mini chocolate and cranberry panettone

To add some extra celebratory cheer you will be invited to enjoy tasting some home baked goodies during the day as well as a complimentary glass of fizz* (or non-alcoholic option if required) in the afternoon!

We recommend that students have some basic baking experience and kitchen skills.
